It is difficult to plan out a season, taking into account when to taper and when to train through certain meets. Luke can assist you and write out a sport specific training program to ensure your body is not being taxed at the wrong time. He will be sure your body is at peak performance levels when you need to throw your best. Luke will plot out your throwing volume as well as break down the season into separate lifting cycles.
