Luke did an excellent job.  In only one training session, his coaching took me
from a guy with potential to a state champ then a successful NCAA-level collegiate
thrower.  He understands the intricacies of the throwing events as well, if not better, than any NCAA Division 1 coach.

Luke made every one on one lesson invaluable to me. He was able to see exactly what I was doing (right or wrong) and could explain how to make my body do it the correct way.
