9:00-9:15am -Check in (at Shot put area)

9:15-9:30am -Warm up and stretch

9:30-11:30am -Throwing Session I

11:30-1pm -Lunch and review video of morning session

1pm-3pm -Throwing Session 2

3pm - End of Clinic

Coach accompanying athlete - No Fee
